ALWAYS FOLLOW SIGNS TO CENTRO CIUDAD (CITY CENTER)
From the north (Barcelona):
- You will arrive via the A-7 / V-21 motorway; go under a tunnel and go straight on to cross Blasco Ibáñez.
- Continue along Av. Aragón until you get to the dry river bed of the River Turia and go straight on.
- You will be in Gran Vía Marques del Turia; take the fourth street on the right (Isabel la Católica) and go straight on (approx. 700 m) and you will come to the Plaza del Ayuntamiento where you will see the Hostal Venecia on the other side.
From the south (Alicante):
- You will arrive via the A-7 / V-31 motorway, cross the new River Turia and you will come to the anchor roundabout, go straight on until you get to another large roundabout (approx. 1 km) which crosses with Avda. Peris y Valero where you should turn left to cross a bridge.
- Take the first street that you can on the right to reach C/ San Vicente Martir.
- Go straight on passing the Plaza de España and Plaza San Agustín (approx 1 km)
- After San Agustín the seventh street on the right is En Llop.
From the west (Madrid):
- You will arrive via the A-3; go straight on and go under a tunnel which will take you to Plaza de España.
- Take the second left which is C/San Vicente Martir.
- Cross the Plaza de San Agustín.
- The seventh street on the right is ours (En Llop).
How to arrive in public transport from the airport:
There is only one airport in Valencia, in the town of Mainses, 8 km from the city.
To get to the hotel from the airport:
- Taxi: Easily taken at the arrivals terminal. The approximate cost is €15-€18. It takes 15-20 minutes.
- Metro: There are 2 metro lines that connect with the city centre and the port, lines 3 and 5. The metro station is underneath the terminal. The journey to the city centre, Xátiva station, opposite the train station, takes around 25 minutes. Tickets cost €1.70.
- Bus: It is not advisable as there is no stop close to the centre.
