- Why are we a Hostel and not a Hotel?
- Legally we aren't able to as the building is antique and we only have one staircase whcich we share with other apartments on the top floors.
- What time is check in and check out?
- Check-in 12.00 p.m., if there are rooms available you may check in earlier. Check out 12:00 p.m.
- Can I leave the room late?
- Check out 12:00 p.m., you may leave the room at 18.00 if you pay an extra charge 12,84 €.
- Can I choose the type of bed in my room? (Large bed – two beds)
- We really try to satisfy the requests of our guests. If you make your request in your reservation we will give you preference.
- Do the rooms have a balcony or terrace? Can I reserve one?
- Many of our rooms have a balcony and may be reserved on request.
- Are there non-smoking rooms?
- Yes, we have rooms for smokers and non-smokers.
- How many storeys does the building have? Is there a lift?
- The building has 8 floors, 5 of which belong to the hotel. We have 2 lifts (elevators).
- Is there air conditioning in the rooms? Does it work all year round?
- Yes, the rooms have independent hot and cold air-conditioning with remote control whereby the guest may select the temperature.
- Is your hotel adapted for the handicapped?
- Yes, we have 2 adapted rooms, ramps, etc, but due to the characteristics of the building, only for standard-sized wheelchairs.
- Can you keep my luggage when I leave the room?
- Of course, we have free lockers/left luggage service in reception.
- Is there a safe place to park my car? How much does it cost?
- The hotel does not have its own car park. There are 3 public car parks in the vicinity. It costs 24 € full day, approximately (2009).
- Does the hotel have an Internet or e-mail terminal for guests?
- We have 2 free Internet points.
- Do you have high-speed internet in the room for my portable computer?Is it wireless?
- Yes. Yes, it is free.
- Do you have a quiet, romantic room? How can I reserve it?
- On request.
